Kapatad Kitchen and Cafe is the new name of The Hao-Q Asian Kitchen Restaurant at Far West Blvd. Young Quach sold Hao-Q to the Franco family from in June 2021. We will continue to serve Young’s popular Chinese dishes and while adding some new Filipino dishes for you to enjoy.
We have combined amazing Chinese recipes from Young Quach with recipes for our own Filipino dishes, so we have something for everyone.

The food is excellent! I've been looking for a Filipino restaurant here in Austin, Texas, and found a taste of home. We will come back for sure! People are awesome too! The whole experience is great! We ordered 4 dishes the lumpia, crispy pata, kare-kare and sisig! Great for sharing with friends and family!

THE VERY BEST FILIPINO RESTAURANT!!! the food is so yummy! the manager sir Jasper is very friendly and so humble.. i order kare-kare/sisig/halo-halo and buko pandan! I will come back again to try other dishes???????? more power KAPATAD! this will be my 2nd kitchen now

Our new place to eat Filipino food in Austin. The pork sisig is the best I've had since having it in the Philippines. We also had the Nilasing na Hipon (Drunk Shrimp is a loose translation). We also had 1/2 Chrispy Chicken and even my finiky son ate almost all of it by himself. They do offer Chinese food too. The egg drop soup is the best I've had in a long time and my daughter had a small & a medium one and finished it all by herself.
